You may return unused items purchased at PURE-Drink.com within 30 days of the original delivery.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from PURE-Drink.com. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n

– All items must be unused.
\n– All Items must be in their original packaging.
\n– All freebies left out of the returned package will be deducted from the refund at full retail value.<\/p>\n

Returns will be credited to original payment method used.<\/p>\n

RETURN PROCESS<\/strong>
\nTo return a product please contact us with your order information. We’ll respond within 24-48 business hours with a Return Authorization and instructions.<\/p>\n

– Returns sent back without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
\n– Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.<\/strong>
\n– Refunds of shipping costs will only be issued if the shipment is a result of our error.<\/p>\n

Any Broken or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
